The Council

CSC Officers

The College of Humanities and Social Sciences College Student Council has nine voting officers. Each officer is responsible for fulfilling his or her specified duty and serving on the Executive Council of the CSC. The President has an additional role as the SRC representative.

President — Jordan Odo

Currently, Jordan is a junior Political Science major with a minor in Legal Studies. Although he spends a lot of time with the CSC, he does find extra time to dedicate to the Honors Program, the ASA Tutoring Center, Sigma Tau Sigma, the Center for Human Enrichment, and the Hawaii Club.

As the President of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences College Student Council, Jordan plans to find ways to better integrate the CSC with the HSS administration and faculty in an effort to strengthen ties between students and professors. The CSC has a duty to represent its students’ needs, and being fully aware of that, Jordan will try to do this.

VP for Post-UNC Experience — Wade Vitany

Wade is from Basalt, Colorado, and is currently a sophomore Philosophy major and Asian Studies minor. Although he doesn’t know what he plans to do with his degree, he feels his uncertainty about his future will make his undergraduate studies that much more interesting.
